100% Cashback Offer – Terms & Conditions

  1. The below mentioned Terms and Conditions are applicable for the “100% Cashback” campaign which would be referred to as ‘Offer’ or ‘Campaign’ hereinafter in this document.
  2. By participating in this Offer, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions of the Offer. Any participation in this Offer is purely voluntary.
  3. The cashback amount shall be 100% (Hundred Percent) or maximun upto Rs 1000  for Online booking of workshops / classes under category “Summer Camps and Workshop” between 5th May 2021 – 31th May 2021., via YoungButterfly.in.
  4. The 100% cashback amount is subject to total of maximum Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand) per user.
  5. Bookings for classes / workshops other than “Summer Camps and Workshop” category are not eligible for the offer.
  6. The cashback voucher shall not be made available instantaneously and would be credited with validity start date of June 2021
  7. Cashback amount will be rounded to nearest Rs.200/- and will be split across  in multiples of Rs.200/- , maximum upto Rs 1000.
  8. The cashback vouchers will be directly credited to the users’ YoungButterfly.in account – Wallet.
  9. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
  10. YoungButterfly.in reserves the right to change the offer-period and terms of offer without any prior notice.
  11. The Offer will be applicable for users registered in Youngbutterfly.in. It is non-negotiable and non-transferrable.
  12. Only approved and validated spend/transactions/payments via YoungButterfly.in portal shall be eligible for the Offer. Failed/Cancelled/Returned transactions shall not be eligible for the Offer.
  13. Only the transactions conducted in India and in Indian Rupees will be eligible for the Offer.
  14. Youngbutterfly.in shall not be responsible for, or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damage, costs, charges and expenses that a user may suffer, sustain or incur due to this Offer.
  15. This Offer is extended by YoungButterfly.in and users may contact YoungButterfly Support for any queries/issue resolution.
  16. If the workshop / class under category of “Summer Camps and Workshop” , booked online via YoungButterfly.in, is cancelled and booking amount is refunded to the user, the said amount will not be eligible for Cashback Offer.
  17. In case the cashback has been processed for class / workshop which later was cancelled due to some reason, the refund amount will be credited to the user after deducting the cashback amount.
  18. In the event of any individual/customer trying to use unauthorized data or fraudulent means or using fake identity or indulging in identity theft or any other unscrupulous means for logging in to YoungButterfly.in for booking Summer Camps and workshop, YoungButterfly.in will have full rights to block that particular user account.
  19. YoungButterfly.in may request for identity proof of the user any time during the offer. Failure to produce appropriate identity proof as requested may lead to cancellation of Offer for the particular user.
  20. YoungButterfly.in is not responsible for any dispute arising between an educator and the user. YoungButterfly.in shall not in any way responsible for any deficiency in quality of coaching provided by the educator.
  21. In addition to the above, the regular terms and conditions of YoungButtefly.in shall also be applicable unless otherwise stated above.
  22. Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the city of Mumbai (India) irrespective of whether Courts in other areas have concurrent jurisdiction.
