To impart training mainly in the field of Indian Classical Dance Kathak and other associated Indian Classical Performing Arts / Disciplines like vocal, music, harmonium, sitar, percussion and other classical and folk dance forms, yoga, etc.

To inculcate Indian values of life amongst the masses, more particularly the younger generation through the Guru-Shishya Parampara – leading to a direct interaction of the teacher and the student, making the relation special and personal. The purpose of training is not only to produce talented artists but also to pass on the true Indian culture and values amongst the students as well as their family members and the society at large.

To cultivate and enhance the interest in dance and other performing arts highlighting that they are not only the medium of entertainment but also a medium for proper channelization of emotions as this plays a vital role in determining the quality of life. To organize workshops, lecture-demonstrations and Meets with prominent artists & Gurus, with an aim to nurture and further develop the participants interest and give the participants a platform to interact with the senior artists and Gurus and learn from them directly.

To produce or arrange for productions and choreographies for presentation in various festivals, programmes and communication media.

To work for development and advancement of dance, music and other performing arts and to set up and maintain Educational Institute and Research Center in these fields.
