Psychoknowmics was started in 2014, with a goal to create insight in people about mental illness. And how just the way we take the physical illness seriously, mental illness too is a crucial part of our HEALTH.
We believe in the power of ‘FREE WILL’. We, humans, are blessed with this power where we have a choice to choose. We can choose to take charge of our life, choose to take responsibility for our thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
And when we do take this responsibility, changes occur, this change then channelizes our energy in the right direction, rather we choose too!
