Yoga For Kids
Yoga For Kids will combine the discipline of yoga and the fun of camp.
It will include Yogic Asanas, age-appropriate Pranayama and Breathing Exercises, Yogic Games, Relaxation Techniques, Chants as well as Value education as per Yogic philosophy.
It will allow children to learn the correct form of yoga, develop a love and respect towards the self and nature.
Yoga for kids is for children between 5 – 15 years of age.
