Gymnastics Class for kids

Course content:

• Basics of gymnastics exercise to develop flexibility
• Strength, and agility
• Gymnastics poses like split
• Bridge
• Tumbling
• Front roll
• Backroll
• Cartwheel
• Handstand

We will require A mattress or large cushions for the child’s safety, a hand towel, and a water bottle during the session.

1 Trial Class Rs.200 /-

Age group: 5 + yrs
Course duration: 16th September to 30 October 2021
Time: 6pm
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
