- Mid-week relaxation can be a very effective way to keep you calm and composed and in high spirits for the coming days of the week and most importantly not wait for the weekend to relax your mind, body, and soul.
- Join us every Wednesday for a relaxation session.
- We will make art, meditate, sing, have fun, talk, and do whatever it takes to get through this time of uncertainty.
Level: Beginners to Advanced
Date: Starting 12th May 2021 (4 Wednesday’s – 4 sessions)
Time: 10pm – 11pm
Age: 18 years and above
Fees: Rs. 700/- for 4 sessions
