Many women unknowingly become a victim of depression during pregnancy. This is a normal part. A way to maintain a healthy mind and body during pregnancy is Pre- Natal Yoga.
Pre-Natal Yoga focuses on the pose for pregnant women to increase strength and flexibility. Also, gives relief in anxiety and nausea feeling.
Pre-Natal Yoga is beneficial for all pregnant ladies as it helps to tone important muscles, minimizes back pain, removes carpal tunnel syndrome.
We teaches not only Yoga techniques, but also provides alternative therapies, meditation and Garbh Sanskar for baby. A proper diet plan for the mother is given by the studio.
