If you find workouts boring please Ditch that and join Zumba. It’s a combination of both dance and fitness. You will burn a minimum of 300 to 500 calories an hour of the Zumba session.

I’m glad to inform you all that I have identified Pre and Post-exercise as a core area of the services I provide as a Personal Trainer.
