Salsa is a Latin American Dance style also known as Club style by some. Salsa is one of the most graceful dance forms and a stressbuster known to all age groups. The Cross Body Style or the ON1 style is world famous for its simplicity, exuberance and elegance! Salsa Dance form could be learnt as “Basic Salsa,”Intermediate Salsa” and “Advanced Salsa”,each divided into approximately 2-3 levels.Each level takes around 3 months to complete.

- Frequency: 2 days/week 1 hour/day
Rueda Salsa & Bachata
An off-shoot of Cuban Salsa dancing, Rueda Salsa is done with couples forming a circle.A leader amongst them gives extempore orders to the rest of the group. The group spontaneously transforms those orders into dance moves for a firecracker-like effect!
Reuda Salsa is a great stressbusting group activity.
A gift to the dance community from the Dominican Republic, Bachata is a sensuous and close dance style originally meant for real-life couples. We at DSS do teach Bachata in a formal manner like Salsa.This new sensation has been a favourite amongst ardent Salsa lovers
