Yog Power Studio is a Yoga training center having a decade long experience in serving the community with the bliss of Yoga. We aim at bringing the best of Yoga and meditation to as many people as we can. We believe that its benefits must be yielded by all so that a healthier and happier society can be created.
Our Teacher Training Course is designed to mould you into a fine yoga practitioner before you can get into the shoes of a trainer. We teach you the advanced echelons of Yoga so that you can master it like the back of your hand. Our emphasis during the course is not to make you powerful, but to make you so eligible that you can empower others! We just don’t teach you the techniques as they are; we go one step further and explain the science behind it so that you are clear in your teachings.
Power Yoga (Basic)
The Basic Power Yoga Teacher Training Course is designed for the beginner level Yoga enthusiasts who want to relay the knowledge at a very simple level. Every person has to start off with the first step and by getting certified in this course, you will be able to walk your students through the basics of Power Yoga. This level is a foundation on which greater disciplines can be practiced.
Duration:1.5 Month 1 month Internship (12 sessions)
Power Yoga (Advanced)
Teachers who have a good grasp of Power Yoga are eligible for this course. This is an advanced level course so strenuous discipline and unparallel expertise is required to acquire this certificate. Yog Power Studio’s excellent training pattern makes you an expert through the due course of training. Being a teacher of advanced Power Yoga, you can enlighten and empower people with asanas and practices of greater effectiveness and energy.
Duration: 3 Month 2 month internship (48 Hours)
Aerobics
Aerobics is all about the pumping energy and strong will power. This entertaining and dynamic discipline needs supreme physical fitness that will be ensured for an aspiring teacher through this course. You will not only learn on how to teach aerobics but you will also be able to draw the best out of your students and maintain their energy levels. The emphasis is completely on imparting a mindset that facilitates and fitter body.
